EDUCATION: Bowdoin College (B.A., cum laude, 1976); University of Minnesota Law School (J.D., magna cum laude, 1984); Research Editor, Minnesota Law Review, 1983-84. David concentrates his practice in the area of commercial real estate law, which he has been practicing for over 20 years. He serves on the advisory boards of two privately-held companies and has done so for over 9 years.
