Justin Miller has over 20 years experience in private practice, during which time he has represented clients in a broad range of civil litigation matters and commercial transactions. Recent litigation matters involved electronic surveillance, piracy of electronic media, construction litigation, insurance coverage disputes and general commercial disputes. Recent transactional matters include representation of rights holders in the 2012 film “On the Road,” and also commercial real estate development, sale, and leasing.
